1 General Information and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between pkok bet ("pkok", "we", "platform") and any user of this site ("member", "you"). By accessing the pkok website, you are considered to have accepted these Terms.

3 Account Registration and Security

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Deposits through a third party are strictly prohibited.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

New members at pkok can receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times.

5.1 Bonus Terms

• The wagering requirement for bonuses is 25 times the bonus amount.
• For example: if a ৳1,000 deposit receives a ৳1,200 bonus, the total balance becomes ৳2,200; to withdraw this bonus, bets totalling ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 must be placed.
• If wagering is not completed within the set time after receiving a bonus, the bonus may be cancelled.
• The contribution rate towards wagering may vary depending on which game is played.

5.2 Promotional Offers

6 Betting and Gaming Policy

7 Prohibited Activities

• Software bots, automation tools or any form of hacking attempt.
• Making deposits or withdrawals using a third party's card or wallet.
• Money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Defrauding or harassing other members.
• Dishonestly exploiting any technical error on the platform.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same mobile number or device.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure at Member's Request

You may request account closure at any time through the support team. Settle any pending withdrawals before closing; once the account is closed, you will need to contact us to retrieve any remaining balance.

8.2 Closure at pkok's Initiative

If a breach of terms or suspicious activity is proven, pkok may suspend or close the account without prior notice. In such cases, the balance may be temporarily withheld while an investigation is ongoing.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

For accounts that remain inactive for an extended period, pkok may take action in accordance with its set policy, which will be communicated at the time of account activation.

9 Limitation of Liability

pkok strives to operate the platform to the highest standard. However, pkok will not accept liability in the following situations:

• Loss or missed bets caused by internet connection failure.
• Delays or failures by third-party payment providers.
• Unauthorised access to an account due to the user's own negligence.
• Service unavailability during necessary technical maintenance.
• Problems arising from incorrect information provided by the user.

pkok will not be liable for any indirect or incidental losses. The maximum liability is limited to the amount used in the transaction in question.

10 Changes to Terms
